Privacy and analytics

This site uses limited analytics to understand which pages people find useful, how they arrive, and whether research, recruitment, and collaboration information is easy to reach. It does not use fingerprinting or collect form messages, complete form values, or email addresses through analytics events.

Plausible Analytics

Plausible provides aggregate, cookieless traffic statistics. The site records page views and a small set of actions such as publication, contact, lab, and collaboration links. Event properties are deliberately limited and do not include full query strings or message content. Plausible processes technical request information to produce aggregate statistics; its current service configuration and retention remain account-level settings.

Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics loads on the production site and may use browser storage while processing information under Google’s own terms. Advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled in the site configuration. Deployment environment labels separate production traffic from any explicitly enabled testing traffic.

Browser controls

Browser privacy settings, content blockers, and network controls may prevent analytics requests.

Operational and local data

The interactive pose graphic can keep a small research log in local browser storage. It is not sent to Google Analytics or Plausible and leaves the browser only if a visitor explicitly downloads it. Standard hosting and analytics services may still process network information needed to deliver and secure the site.
